extensive grounds diverse cuisines excellent style convenient access
the grounds were extensive and self-contained i found a huge selection of restaurants offering diverse cuisines the design and style were excellent the staff provided superb service it was like a top-rated resort i really enjoyed the beautiful gardens and convenient beach access i'm planning a return visit with my family
i noticed a minor issue the restaurants on the premises seemed expensive it's something to consider when budgeting for meals

delayed check-in cleanliness attention
The check-in process was quite disappointing. I arrived expecting a smooth transition after a long journey, but my room wasn't ready at the stated check-in time. i ended up waiting for an extended period, frustrating. also, i found that some of the common areas could use a bit more attention regarding cleanliness. There were a few instances where i noticed lingering debris and dust .

the facilities are excellent. nice attentive staff helped me all the time. i liked the beach and the short walk down, also the great breakfast!

Many pools are available and the gardens appear well maintained. a towel hut provides service, so guests don't always carry beach towels. It is very useful! also, there are golf courses and trails.

delicious breakfast excellent cleanliness gorgeous bar multiple restaurants
I really enjoyed the multiple restaurants. The breakfast at O Grill tasted delicious. The suites seemed huge, and the cleanliness was excellent! I found the champagne bar gorgeous.
Check-in time at 3:00 pm felt frustrating. I had to wait a bit!
